This 16 ounce hammer has a high luster, full-polished finish with an octagon shaped neck. The fiberglass handle is virtually unbreakable, while it's nylon jacket also resists damage from overstrike and adds grip to handle slickness. The hammer features a contoured handle for increased comfort and reduced fatigue, as well as an enlarged base on the handle for butting material. There is permabond construction between the head and the handle to keep everything stable.
